We have been working 2-years with this company all through COVID. The representative, Elena Fang, at first said she is going on Maternity leave, introduce us to her manager and a colleague via WhatsApp. Throughout this progress we created a bag/luggage customize print collection. We were suppose to start with mass production this year. The new manager David Xie said they cannot honor the quantity quoted, From 200, they now want 500 quantity for each style, T/T payments ONLY with NO TRADE ASSURANCE. When we request our prototypes we've developed, mold, and patterns sent to another company they say they cannot find them. Yet each time they assure us if we order 500, T/T, No Trade Assurance they will be able to create the bags. They have now send us pictures of the original bags we sent them 2-years ago they say they cannot find the prototypes we've paid thousands of dollars to create This company's Trade Assurance logo should be revoked and off Alibaba for fraud business practices.
